Polarity Diagnostic Rules
The Golden Rule of Speaker Phase: When playing the In-Phase tone, audio should sound solid, full, and centered right in front of you.
How to Detect Inverted Wiring: If the Out-of-Phase tone sounds louder or fuller than In-Phase, one of your speaker cables (+ / - terminals) is reversed!
Pro Tip: Check terminal polarity on both the amplifier back-panel and speaker binding posts.
