Acoustic Room Mode Guide
What are Room Modes? When low-frequency soundwaves reflect between parallel walls, they create standing waves causing severe volume peaks (boomy bass) and nulls (lost bass).
How to Test: Listen carefully as the sweep rises from 20Hz to 80Hz. If a specific frequency suddenly sounds 2x louder or causes physical wall/furniture vibration, note that exact frequency.
Subwoofer Crawl Method: Place sub at your listening position, crawl on the floor, and place the sub where bass sounds cleanest.
